Meet the
alley crew

Lane wreckers. Pin crushers.
Two handed maniacs.

robbie rock

Nobody’s sure when Brooklyn Vandal started showing up.

Some say she rolled in from Victorville one night and never left.

No practice. No warm up.

Just a nod and a skull ball.

Bring a towel.
It gets ugly fast.

Jonny Two Hands

Johnny Two Hands fixes pinsetters during the day. At night he bowls.

Two hands. Every time.

Someone asked him once why he throws it that way.

Johnny looked at the rack and said,

“Because one hand wasn’t violent enough.”

the bruiser

You usually hear The Bruiser before you see him.

Some say he wandered in one night and never left.
Others say he’s been here so long the lanes were built around him.

During the day he drives a forklift.

At night he bowls.

One hand. Always one hand.

Someone told him once he’d have more control with two.

Bruiser took a sip and said,

“I’m not here for control.”
